Reducing Pain and Inflammation with Natural Antioxidants

 by Karla Setchel

Hey Folks,

In the last 22 years, I’ve been diagnosed with Tempolar Mandular Joint Disorder (TMJ), bilateral epicondylitis in both elbows (commonly known as Tennis Elbow), Fibromyalgia (FMS) and Chronic Fatigue (CSF).  All of these conditions involve some inflammation which causes increased pain. While I do use a few medications on a regular basis and a few more for flare ups, I try to control my sypmptoms with natural products because I have less side effects from them and I believe there’s a better chance of me actually getting well by not adding any more “synthetic additives” than I absolutely have to.

One of the products that I have found to be very helpful is a power house of natural antioxidants which are  natural anti-inflammatories. This whole food juice puree does a very good job of reducing my pain which in turn allows more energy to be directed at things other than dealing with the pain! This antioxidant juice has a 2000 ORAC score for a 2 ounce serving – which is the antioxidant equivalent to 5-7 common fruits and vegetables. The FDA states that we should be getting 7-9 servings of fruits and vegatables per day, which most of us don’t. Drinking this  juice is an easy, quick, enjoyable way to get enough antioxidants to fight the inflammation associated with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, epicondylitis, TMJ and other conditions that involve inflammation of the joints or tissues.

For more information on this super antioxidant, feel free to give me a call or send me a message.

    Hi Karla,

great that your share your findings and solutions.

My wife pushes me all the time to take antioxidants, vitamins, etc… I have to say that sometimes I´m kind of irresponsible with my health! We take for granted something so important…

    Thanks for reminding us.

    Hey Karla!

Weird! I left a comment this morning but I don´t see it here… I came back to check if you had commented something back :)

Essentially I said that even when sometimes we (or at least me) don´t take care of our health as we should, I do take antioxidants due to the insistence of my wife, who always study a lot about vitamins, antioxidants, diets, etc.

Now I see they are also helping you… so, I´m planning to learn more about it :)

Thanks a lot for keeping us informed!

Well, I hope you start listening to your wife Omar! Life is a lot easier & fun when you’re healthy and can do the things you want to do verses being sick and not able to.
    Blessings,
    Karla

    Hi Karla,
Antioxidants and natural remedies are definately the way to go. Our bodies are under so much oxidative stress from the food we eat to the air we breathe.

Glad you have found something to help you feel better!

    Regards,
    Sharon

    Thanks Donna,

Most people can’t eat that much fruit & vegetables in a day — that’s why there’s so many fruit & vegetable juice companies. Unfortunately, not all of them are healthy — you have to really pay attention to what you’re getting as you know :)
    Blessings,
    Karla

    Karla,
It’s always so much better to utilize natural ways of healing your body over synthetic drugs. How great to share this information with others who may be suffering from the same issues.
